Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain bleeding from nose following trauma can be due to rupture of small blood vessels leading to bleeding..
The nose has a small mesh of blood vessels known as the LITTLE'S AREA and any trauma inflicted on the nose can cause injury to the blood vessels in that area leading to bleeding..
There can also be
fracture to the
nasal septum leading to bleeding and dent, diversion or
depression of nasal septum..
It can also lead to bleeding..
In both the conditions treatment can be done and the chances of any fatal consequences are very less..
In case your friend had a little nose bleeding which soon subsided and no other apparent symptoms like fainting ,
dizziness,
vomiting, vertigo,
ear discharge etc so the chances of
brain injury seems less possible..
As well as if there is no pain in nose or any defect seen then fracture can also be excluded..
In case you have any worry about it you can consult a physician and get his clinical check-up done and if any medical condition is diagnosed it can be treated accordingly..
Hope your query is solved..
