Suggest Remedy For Bleeding, Sore Slits Outside The Anus

I am a 34 year old female and I have been experiencing multiple deep slits on the outside of my anus. They bleed extensively and are very sore. i also have a piece of loose skin like a skin tag that has formed. I thought it was a hemorrhoid but no cream works. It just looks like loose flesh or scar tissue. what could this be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Fissure in ano producing painful deep slits.
Having skin tag out side anal opening might indicate that there might be having internal hemorrhoids as well.
consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile avoid constipation and take plenty of water.
