Suggest Remedy For Blistered And Discolored Sunburn On Feet

I got a really bad sunburn on half of my feet a week ago that got a darker red as days past and more painful (to a point that I was limping for a day). 3 days after one started blistering really bad and started turning purple. They are still purple currently and have red spots. The pain is slowly going away, but I am not sure what to do. I squeezed an aloe vera plant on them often and only found relief only for a little after application. I am very active and always on my feet, as I m in marching band (4 hour practices twice a week and perform once a week) and do hour workouts at home daily... What should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, first thing you need to do is keep the area clean and you can apply "Povidone Iodine" cream because it may be infection, try to keep the leg in elevated position some time oral antibiotic may be needed, but for that you need to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
