Ihad about 4 no seeums bites on my thigh,,haifways above the,,2 looked like a water blister and I squessed them , all the rest went away, that was 3-4 years ago , the 2 I have hurt all the time about 2 ins.apart raised bumps. how can I get rid of them?
You have raised bumps on your thighs. Bumps on the thighs are commonly due to insect bites, poison ivy, allergic reaction to soap, bleach, rough materials such as wool, etc. Eczema also presents like a bump that is itchy, dry and has blisters. Swimmer's itch and psoriasis also have similar symptoms. Take care of your hygiene. Avoid exposure to bright sunlight, poison ivy or anything that triggers the symptoms.
You should apply ointment Hydrocortisone on the area affected to get rid of the itch. Avoid scratching. Cold compress is effective. Applying gel or ointment containing retinoids is very helpful. You will be treated with steroids and antihistamines. Symptomatic treatment will relieve symptoms if it lingers you get clinically examined. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist. You may be recommended treatment by light therapy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
