Suggest Remedy For Blisters With Redness & Swelling

Obese, not diabetic, no CHF, no High cholesterol but developed LE edema with water blisters after taking RX Mobic, Discontinued RX but still get the LE blistering, redness, swelling w/stinging, crawling, itching sensation...tried anti-biotics, hydrocortosone creams, no luck...advise?

Hello,

As per your case history of blisters, my treatment advice is:

1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
