Suggest Remedy For Bloating, Constipation, Nausea And Severe Acid Reflux

Distended stomach, stomachache, near constipation, periodic nausea with occasional spit up of a mouthful of near-clear fluid. Significant acid. Extremely tired and feel weak all over, but sleeping poorly or not at all, despite clonazepam as a prescribed sleep aid. Started about a week ago., experiencing varying degrees of difficulty. Today/night has been most difficult. Age: 69.

Hello,

Severe bloating, constipation, nausea and acid reflux indicates intestine upset, which can be ranging from intestine infection to obstruction from various reasons. At the age of 69, it is must to be evaluated with consultant surgeon and till that time, following measures will help him:
- Sips of water at intervals
- Bland, vegan diet
- Anti-emetic like Ondancetron
- Proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole
- Bulk forming laxative such as Bran or Psyllium
- Rectal suppository in case of acute constipation not relieved over 48 hours duration
