Suggest Remedy For Blockage In Vagina

I'm 16 and I am a virgin. My vagina seems blocked and it hurts terribly if I try to push anything inside. I've been having periods since I was 12 and have never been able to use tampons. I'm so scared, there is also thin pink skin hanging inside my vagina. There is no way for anything to get inside.
