General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Presence of pain in side of abdomen to start with followed by pain/ pressure while urinating * spot of blood at end of urination.. suggest
- A ureteric stone dislodged from ureter & placed in urinary bladder..This caused inflammation of bladder & other symptoms . The stone blocking passage of urine/ bleeding at the end.
* You should consult a urologist .. he will examine you/ order for urine routine test, X ray/ USg to detect stones& the advise you specifically.
Thanks.
