Suggest Remedy For Blood Draining In Ear Drum
My right eardrum has been draining bright red blood for the past hour. I experienced very intense pain before the bleeding started. I've been dealing with a pretty bad cold for the past week before this happened. Is this something that needs immediate medical assistance, or will it heal on its own?

hello, thanks for your query, post cold bleeding through ear could be due to rupture of tympanic membrane where acculated bloody pus is coming out. kindly plug it with cotton, do not put water , do not consume cold causing stuffs like ice cream, cool drinks. kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon . all d best. take care.
