hello, thanks for your query, post cold bleeding through ear could be due to rupture of tympanic membrane where acculated bloody pus is coming out. kindly plug it with cotton, do not put water , do not consume cold causing stuffs like ice cream, cool drinks. kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon . all d best. take care.
