Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
We went out to dinner tonight and my 5 year old had to go to the bathroom. When she wiped there was blood on the toilet paper. We came straight home and I did a visual exam and there were no cuts or any irritation. I can not tell if the blood came from her urinary tract or from the vagina. I asked her if she hurts when she pees, if she hurts anywhere in her belly or in her back and she said no. She has no fever. Her temperment has also been normal today. I also know there was no trauma to her today because she was with me shopping all day. I am going to call her doctor in the morning but should I act even faster than that.
