Suggest Remedy For Blurred Vision And Pain In Gums

gum pain.Not sinusitis. Eyes are hurting and blurred vision. Told from Allergist does not sound like food or med allergy. Gums were really swollen and teeth hurt then stopped blood pressure medicine and gums got better than they were. Feels like pressure in nose. When came off blood pressure medicine then started back up blood pressure went really high 188/140 stopped Triamterene/hctz. Then blood pressure went really low 80/60. Now it is going high and low.Thought possibly it was sulfa allergy but still having problems since off that med. Been going through this since March. Please help.

have proper management of HYPERTENSION by physicians. take vita c regularly or citrous fruits and am la use sensoform tooth paste mouth wash by warm saline . dental scaling is to be done and subsiquently ant sceptic mouthwash or metronedazole dd gel can be applied.
