Suggest Remedy For Body Itching

My mother, 89 has itching from head to toe. There is no rash or bumps on the skin. She looks like someone has abused her. She has had blood work done, gone to the dermatologist, seen a allergy specialist who gave her a round of antibiotics and cream. She thought she was some better but now the itching is just as bad as ever. Where do we go from here?
