Suggest Remedy For Bowel Movement During Urination

I am having some issues with my bowel movements. For the past two months, when I urinate, I also have a bowel movement which is a very light mustardy colour , somewhat liquidity and stringy, and has a granular sediment like substance. Occasionally, I have no warning, which can be very embarrasing. Also, this happens 3-4 times daily. Do you have any advice
