Suggest Remedy For Brain Clots

hello Dr. my father is 76 last year he had an angioplasty operation done with 2 stens after that he was perfect alright but after 2 months while sleeping , he dind'nt woke up doctor was called up only after pressure pain he woke with totally loss of memory and double vision there is no paralysis , but after complete check up and MRI it was found he has 8 clots in his brain right now he has lost all his vitality/strength particular in his legs and he has double vision can u suggest some remedy
