Suggest Remedy For Breathing Issues In A Fractured Nose

Hi,My self Muhammad Sohail live in Pakistan. Sir I need you consultation my nose was fractured in my childhood and I face 3 nose operation but still my nose is not in shape also I can t breath accurately and using xynosine. Please help me to get out of this problem.Awaiting your warm reply

If i am not wrong Xynosine drops are one that contain xylometazoline. These drops are prescribed for not more than 7 days. Hope you are not using it fir long. If yes then the problem which you are facing is due to rebound phenomenon of this drug. In my opinion you should stop using this drug. Start with mometasone nasal spray bd for a month and take tab montair LC at night for 7 days.
