Suggest Remedy For Breathlessness,cough And Fever

iam a cirrossis patient, iam at india,my problem is that i have fever about 100 C@ in evening and dry cough (dry) ESR40,bilurumin 4.69 total, pt 23; inr 1,5, chest clear, found klebsilla in sputum culture, kindly wat might be the reason for breathlessness cough and temperature

Hi thanks for asking question.
You have klebsiella in sputum.
So there might be pneumonia like chest infection in initial stage.That can lead to cough , fever and breathlessness.
The second possibility for breathlessness is pulmonary complication of cirrhosis.In cirrhosis there is hyperdynemic circulation so portal hypertension is there that can lead to portopulmonary hypertension or hepatopulmonary syndrome.
So cirrhosis patient can already have portopulmonary hypertension and here in your case it seems superimopsed mild klebseilla bacterial infection.
