Suggest Remedy For Broken Red Rashes Causing Skin Damage After Popping

Hello, I recently broke out. I popped it and also damaged/scratched the skin around it. Its very red and dark. So now I m not sure if I should put acne cream on it, or treat it as a wound or a scab and put Neosporin or something like that on it to heal. How can i heal it?

Hello,

If the skin is damaged I suggest to treat it as a wound.

I recommend cleaning the face with an antibacterial soap.

I suggest using Neosporin cream for local application.

I also suggest avoiding further damage to the skin.
