Suggest Remedy For Broken Septate Hymen

I just broke my septate hymen. It always got caught on my tampon & what not so I looked it up, just today my boyfriend instead of it being pushed aside like usual, it was BROKEN! There s a little skin dangling down & I bled a ton. Just...now what? What do I do? Will this heal? Is my Vagina going to be looser?!
