Hi

Since you have recently been on oral antibiotics, there is s high possibility that you have developed a fungal infection .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antifungal cream over the lesion twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
You might need a course of oral antifungal drugs if the lesion still tends to persist or increase .
