Suggest Remedy For Bruise And Pain In Knee

Hi, I hit my left knee as a heavy fire door swung into it it felt bruised and especially sore when going down stairs. That was about 3 weeks ago, then today Ibanged both knees whilst showing an exercise onto my kitchen floor! They now both feel bruised and left knee obviously more uncomfortable. What should I do?
