Suggest Remedy For Bruise In The Ribs

I was on a bus a few days ago and it short-stopped and i was thrown into the back of the drivers seat and ever since then my ribs (on the left side where i crashed into the seat) feel like they're bruised but there isn't any visible bruising. what is this?
