Suggest Remedy For Bruised Eye With Swelling

Whilist driving my car my boyfriend punched me in the side of my head in the temple and instantly felt light headed and could not drive its been tender all week but today the bruiseing and swelling has come out and i have a black eye is it dangerous that the swelling and bruiseing come now?

It is concussion without any damage to visual center. Do not worry for black eye It is self limiting and will be normal in 2weeks time. If swelling then give ice compression It is not dangerous and will be normal soon.
