Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bruised knee with lumps. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like nerve injury , hematoma , dislocated knee , baker's cyst and soft tissue injury .
I would suggest you to consult a orthopedic surgeon and get evaluated and he can advise you to take antibiotics like Sulphamethoxazole and Trimethoprim, and anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
You can also be advised to apply antibiotic ointment over the injured area.. In case if there is excessive pus accumulation Incision and drainage can be done.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
