Suggest Remedy For Bruises In Arm

Yesterday morning I awoke with three small pencil eraser sized bruises on my upper right arm, I am 52, 175 lbs, and this morning those three are now four but are fading whereas I also notice 2 1" long by 1/2" wide bruises on the left inner arm. Otherwise am healthy, recent TSA of 62. I use 1mg of klonapin for RLS and 125mg of verapamil - long term over 5 years, and take a maxalt 10mg for event based cluster migrains which I have not had recently.
