Suggest Remedy For Bruises In Thigh

I discovered an inner thigh bruise and it has a white pimple in the middle, doesn't itch and I've been watching TV and not doing anything physical. I am watching a Jack Russell terrier and she has jumped into my lap. The bump is what worries me rather than the bruise..I am on warfarin.
