Suggest Remedy For Bruises On Buttocks With Dizziness

i fell on ice and my bottom hurts bad but i feel like it may just be bruised. when i stood up i feel dizzy and light headed. my friend helped me walk into the house and when i sat down i was sweating for a minute. now my head hurts along with it but i dont believe i hit my head. i took ibprofen and have ice on it now should i see a doctor? or will it go away
