Suggest Remedy For Bruises & Swelling In Leg

I slipped on a jagged rock and shin bone landed on the rock. It is swollen, has a burning sensation down my leg, the bruising is extensive (from the knee to half way down to my ankle), and has a web looking appearance. My skin is numb where the knot and bruising is. Is this an emergency?
