Suggest Remedy For Brusitis In Hip And Back Pain

I am a 42 year female Iam 5'4 weigh 200lbs with a history of Stage III ovarian cancer.Have arthritis in spine wrist ankles hips and knees. Recently diagnosed with over 200 polyps in stomach and 4 bleeding ulcers. Was taken off arthritis meds had been using tylenol not very effective. Pain in back getting worse. Doc said had brusitis in hip sent me PT. After six weeks brusitis better but back pain is considerably worse. Doc ordered MRI but results reveal nothing. Wants to reevaluate. Any Suggestions would be great.
