My husband drives for a rubbish company- he was cleaning our from behind the blade in the rear of the truck, he struck a cylinder with his shin. it is half way down his leg on the inner side and the bubble of water of blood is the size of a small half grape fruit,. He has it elevated with ice on it. He will not go to the er. is there anything else he should be doing?
