Suggest Remedy For Bump In Gum Under Extracted Tooth
yes my name is samuel garner, i had a dual tooth extraction two of my molars one on each side nearly a year or more ago due to abcess infection and tooth decay. and today i was washing my face inthe shower and under the gum on the left side directly under where the tooth was extracted i have a bump it has slight pressure but no pain unless i push on it from under my chin upwards twards my mouth,, my entires facility has a sinus infection at work what do you think i should do ? i cant afford to seek medical profession

As per you query it seems that the bump can be due to either Hematoma formation that is common after tooth extraction and can take some time to resolve, however one year is a pretty long time and you need to consult an Oral Physician and get an x ray done..
At times it can be due to any remaining root piece that can be flaring up and can cause abscess or cyst formation..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x Ray is a must for confirmation of the cause and then only it can be treated appropriately..
As of now do warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles..
