Suggest Remedy For Bump On His Forehead

My son has a bump on his forehead. It started out looking like a normal mosquito bite and in the last two hours has gotten larger (now the size of a quarter). I have given him Benadryl in case of allergic reaction and applied an ice pack. Any other suggestions or things I should look for?

Thank you for query.I t is not clear about morphology symptoms etc.it may be folliculitis or bite allergy etc.It may be anitbiotics needed if painful and has pus.and antihistamines and topical soothe agents if itching.the treatment varies for each.So consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
