Suggest Remedy For Bump,pain And Slight Bleeding In Vagina

well everytime i pee it burns.. it really hurts nd when i clean my self theres a little bit of blood its very little amount though..! and just recently i found a bumb a looks like a pimple u can say down im my vagina and im very concern what can this probally be?
