Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Forearm

Hello there. I have this red bump on my right forearm which is itchy everytime I scratch it and its also warm & swollen. Last time i had it on my left forearm and now its gone for almost a week and a half. Now I have it on my right forearm again. Im not sure if its an insect bite or eczema. Oh I also dont have any allergies. But what could it be? Hope you answer. Thanks.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bump on the forearm that itches and comes and goes seems to be most probably Hair Follicle Infection also known as Folliculitis and is commonly caused by Staphylococcus infection..
It can also be due to infected gland in the area of the skin..
It can also be due to infection over the skin leading to formation of an inflamed lump..

I would suggest you to clean it with antiseptic solution and apply a combination of triple antibiotic and steroid ointment over it..
Do cool compresses over it..
You can also take levocetrizine if it itches severely..
Avoid scratcing it as it can cause spread of infection..

In case of no resolution consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated..
