Suggest Remedy For Bumps In The Limbs, Face And Neck

My boyfriend has been developing bumps that form into a rash that is a circular shape with what looks like a tail connected to it. Shaped a lot like a large individual sperm. The rash has appeared on his feet, arms, neck and face. As of yet, nothing appearing on his torso (both front and back).
