Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Testicles

my fiance has several vasular round spots on his testicles, which appeared about 5 months ago, last week, he had a sore on tip of penis, we went to ER and he was postive for herpes. He since then had 2 almost like blackheads appear and those too have come off and turned into ulcer, not oozing, just concave. PLEASE HELP

Note the history related to your fiance who has several vascular round spots on his scrotal skin (testicles as you have mentioned), which appeared 5 months ago.
Went to ER to show penis, for the sore on the tip and turned out to be herpes, He had since then 2 blackheads, which came off leaving an ulcer, not oozing just concave.
This indicates that he may have STDs.
Please get started on appropriate antibiotics and antivirals and you too may need the similar treatment if there was sexual relationship between you both.
