Suggest Remedy For Bumps On The Vagina

my wife and I have been married 12 years. Yesterday she said she just noticed one large bump and a small one on her vavina. Very uncomfortable, and painfull. Looks like a pimple. I don't have any std's, and we have not had any sexual contact in a few months. I know beyond a doubt that she has not been with anyone else. Today she thinks she see three more small ones close to where it touches the one that she saw yesterday. Hurts to walk, sit, go to the bathroom. She is very stressed about this. She had had a lot of stress at work, and parents health. She is 43 and face is broken out with several pimples. This really never happens. Can you please let me know what you think?
