Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Toe

hi I noticed that my toe was hurting for awhile and later i noticed a little bump under my big toe , i saw a dark spot in the middle of bump i thouth it is a peice of wood that got in my skin , but using a clean needle I removed the skin on top of that spot and I saw something black , using atweeser I tried to remove it and it came a long hair , I was so surprised and scare to see hai growth under my foot , is that a proble what could cause it , I appreciate if you could tell me thanks
