Suggest Remedy For Bumps On Vagina

I noticed today i had a bump on the opening of my vagina. its just one single bump that hurts like a pimple. i don't quite know what it is. I'm scared it could be serious. the time i had sex before i noticed this was kind of dry sex. (it wasn't lubricated enough) so it kind of hurt. I'm thinking it could be from it being so dry but i don't really know.I have also had lots of signs of a UTI (urinary track infection), such as pain after urination and cloudiness. Coincidence or no?
