Suggest Remedy For Bumpy Rashes Below My Vagina

I just got finished with my period and I always wear a panty liner with a tampon. My panty liner never gets dirty so it stays for a while. I just like the back up protection. I now have this bumpy rash right below my vagina on the inside of my butt cheek. What might this be?

Rash inside of my butt cheek below my vagina. This bumpy rash may be fungal infection. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice miconazole cream to be applied twice s day and tab fluconazole 150mg one tab weekly for 6 weeks. Boil your under wear before wearing.
