Suggest Remedy For Burning And Brownish Clot In Vagina

Hello I m having problem I was in the shower washing and as I was washing my vigina it started to turn and then I got out and brownish stuff was on my towel so I went too pee and it burn so I whipped my self and it was red blood and a brownish clot that was thickish I m scared cause I haven t had my period and me and my partner had unprotected sex please help me
