Suggest Remedy For Burning And Foul Smell In Vagina

i have over the past few days noticed my vagina burning around the edges and it really burns when i urinate and at least half an hour after that. my urine is smelly and i have slight blood tinges on my tissue paper... do i have a UTI and how can i medicate it effectively without going to a doctor?
