Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In Knee, Tight Shoulder Blade And Back Pain

OK, I have a couple things going on right now. My left knee is killing me whenever i put pressure on it ( like on the floor ) its on the lateral aspect. Like a snapping/fierce burning sensation. Also my right should blade is very tight and buzzes like its a dull sleep pain. That and a very dull lower back pain all started this am when I woke up. My right leg also feels tight and is numb as well today. Im 35 and active.
