Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In Labia Minora

hai....i've been having burning sensation and redness in my labia minora and the vestibule. my secretions are whitish with a little tint of yellow but the stains on my panties are brown and today there was a slight trace of redness....due to the burning sensation i tend to rub it by just moving in a certain way....im on the 21st day of my menstrual cycle...pls help.
