Hi I am experiencing a burning sensation of the foreskin, which is redder and more wrinkled than usual. I had protected oral sex with a prostitute on wednesday, whom was quite aggressive with my penis. I just want to know what this could be and whether I should consult my GP

If you had a condom during oral sex no need to worry. If it's aggressive sex can be due to injury. Give some time to heal and a local application of steroids will help you.
