Suggest Remedy For Buzzing Sensation In Inner Thigh Groin Area With Severe Pain In Body?

I had a c-section 2.5 yrs ago, twins full-term, over 6 lbs each. Since then I have been in constant pain and unable to look un-pregnant. Recently I had an umbilical repair and a cortisone shot in my left hip bursa. I have lower spine arthritis and am 40 yrs old. The back pain and abdominal pain as of late, over 6 months, has been unbelievable. I am on oxycontin 20mg twice a day and lyrica for pain. I am still in horrible pain... muscle pain too, all over upper body and pelvic region. Today I started to have a buzzing sensation in my inner thigh groin area, not painful but can feel it with my hand. It has lasted over 6 hours now. Also, I have an abdominal separation that may get repaired as well. PLEASE HELP...
