Suggest Remedy For Calcium Deposit, Pain On Heel

I am 59 year old male with 72 kg wt and 170 cm ht.ex defence officer with no major medical problems. Off late when I get up in the morning I get pain on rt foot heel backside and difficult to walk for some time. Shown to a Dr and took Xray. He said there is calcium deposit at back end of the bone and given volveran to apply. Advised to use high heel shoe. Pse advise.
