Suggest Remedy For Cartilage Fracture And Completely Torn PCL

I have a cartilage fractures, completely torn PCL, knee cap problems and I can't stop hurting my knee in normal everyday activities. The latest hurt I have some numbness and tingling going on in the knee area. I am 37yrs, healthy male 180lbs, can I not get my knee repaired so I can be normal and active or is the only alternative knee replacement?
