i am a third gender,having spermless harldly 2 inch size of pennis which never erect and produce sperm,am femininie by phisique and to feminize more during m2f HRT,i wd like to castrate/remove my testicle balls and where this surgery in india and other country can be done

Hi, it can be done in a lots of centre in India where surgery and endocrinology work hand in hand or wherever there are endocrine surgery units or even a general surgeron can do it. Just they need to know what kind of DSD (Disorder of sexual differentiation) is present with sex hormone and adrenal hormone levels and a ultrasound or MRI of the abdomen and pelvis to see for the abnormality. In the same time, the reconstruction of the vagina or colovaginoplasty is also possible in which a segment of colon can be attached to make a structure similar to vagina. Because ovarian structures are not present, you will have to be on hormone replacement therapy for life long. Some specialised centres are Christian Medical College, Vellore, AIIMS, New Delhi, MAMC, New Delhi, etc.
