Suggest Remedy For Cervical Pain

I am u nder treatment for cervical pain on upper neck part for past 2 weeks. Still pain is there . How soon is the pain meant to go with medication. Pain in left arm is also there since past 2 weeks . Pls advise if this is not so critical and hopefully surgery will not be required
