I am 62 yrs old, female and for last couple of months have had chafing around outer mouth; have used Aveeno with oatmeal; aquafor; gold bond lotion with aloe and blistex balm. Nothing is working. Is this serious and do I need to see a dermatologist. Someone told me it could be a fungal infection so I ve also used an antifungal cream. It is not painful; just annoying.
